What began as weekend baking for family and friends grew into something we couldn't keep to ourselves. Every loaf, every cake, every pastry is still made the same way it always was — slowly, carefully, and with real ingredients you can trust.

72-hour cold-fermented with our 5-year-old starter. Open crumb, blistered crust, complex flavour.
Seasonal flavours, buttercream or ganache finish. Bespoke designs for birthdays, weddings & events.
Laminated with British butter over two days. Shatteringly flaky with a soft, honeyed interior.
